The Pappathan Insurance Agency was established in 1962 by Arthur Pappathan in Salem, NH. Son Chris, joined the agency in 1974, followed by Chip in 1986. Chris' daughter, Jessica, and son-in-law Rob, joined in 2002.

Independent since 1995, the Pappathan Agency is dedicated to providing competitive personal, commercial and life insurance to New Hampshire individuals, families, and businesses.
