Report a claim

We offer online claim reporting for members who can wait until the next business day for an adjuster to contact them.

If you require immediate service, please do not submit your claim online. Instead, call your agent (find contact info) or Co-op Claims at (800) 639-4017.

Please report your auto glass claims directly to Netcost at (866) 638-4527.

To report your claim, please provide the following information (all items are required), then click the Submit button.

We aim to respond on the next business day. However, during disasters or times of abnormally heavy claims volume, response may take longer.
