"The loss control service is really helpful"
I have two mixed-use buildings with 9 apartments and 6 businesses. I'm glad for Co-op's annual loss control inspection, because it helps me keep on top of any issues I may have missed.
When I started with Co-op, a loss control inspector came by and took a look at my buildings to help me see where I might be open to liability if an accident were to happen. 
He was great. He presented himself well and was a good guy, and he gave me a very objective view of the building. I didn't feel like I was being subjected to anything unreasonable. All of his recommendations were in my best interests to help keep my buildings up to code.
I would definitely recommend Co-op, especially to property management companies. 
The loss control service is really helpful. The price and coverage are great, and the price keeps going down the longer I'm in business with them. My agent's a pleasure to work with. She's been incredibly patient in dealing with my mortgage company; I don't know if other companies would have had that kind of patience. And I like that my money stays in the state.
