I became aware of Co-operative Insurance Companies when I entered the auto body repair business in 2004. After months of working with various insurers, it was apparent that certain companies stood head and shoulders above others when it came to customer service and the desire to truly make things right for their clients.
Not only was Co-op at the top of this heap in this respect, they also were the most professional and expedient company to work with from the repair shop perspective.
Many insurance companies treat the relationship with repair shops as an adversarial one. Co-operative truly lives up to its name and treats our shop as a partner in the repair process. We both have the ultimate goal of 100% satisfaction for the client.
After four years in the business, I was so impressed with Co-op that I changed my personal auto policy to them, because I knew I would have an insurer who truly worked for my best interests in the case of a loss.
