We need a New Hampshire Agency Manager to support our premium growth, business mix, loss ratio, and geographic distribution goals. In this position, you’ll build agency relations, provide superior customer service, and foster agency growth and profitability.
You must be able to:
− Build effective relationships
− Negotiate goals
− Identify market niches
− Prospect new agencies
− Develop and deliver product & technology training
You must have:
− Direct knowledge of and established relationships in the NH marketplace
− Broad underwriting, contract & agency operations skills and knowledge
− Property & Casualty license
− Valid driver’s license
− Business-related bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience
