What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Be a reliable point of contact for members and agents, ensuring their inquiries are addressed professionally and efficiently.
  • Process Important Transactions: Handle data entry for accounts receivable, mortgagee updates, and policy information with accuracy and care.
  • Support Daily Operations: Answer and route calls, process incoming and outgoing mail, and manage system-generated reports to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Provide Training & Guidance: Assist agents and members by training them on billing systems and processes, helping them navigate our services with ease.
  • Engage in Cross-Departmental Projects: Work on special assignments that enhance company processes and support various teams.

Salary Range: $45,240-$67,860
