Co-op members with home, mobilehome, farm and BOP policies now have access to a range of legal services through our partnership with EPOQ.

Your access to the Personal Risk Protection, Farm Risk Protection, or Business Risk Protection site gives you valuable assistance with documents for various personal or business needs:

• Wills and estate plans
• Powers of attorney and healthcare directives
• Leases, contracts, waivers, proposals
• Other common legal documents

You can access the online document services once you receive your renewal package for home/mobilehome policies effective 1/1/2022 or later; business policies effective 9/1/2022 or later; or farm policies effective 1/1/2023 or later. It’s already available on any new Co-op home/mobilehome, business and farm policies moving forward.

The package includes instructions on how to get started, or you can contact your agent or Co-op’s Member Services staff at (800) 439-4017, option 1.
