Co-operative Insurance Companies Names New Chief Operating Officer

Co-operative Insurance Companies is pleased to announce the promotion of Gina Larrow from Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Project Management to Chief Operating Officer.  

A seasoned leader with 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, Gina has been an invaluable asset to our organization. Since joining the company, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, has had a strategic vision for, and a deep understanding of our company’s values and goals. Gina is a graduate of Champlain College and currently serves as Vice President and Treasurer of the Addison County Economic Development Corporation.

In her previous role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Gina played a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and recruiting top talent. In 2016 she was charged with creating a project management team to oversee the successful implementation of a new core operating system, and position that team and the company for future success in program management.
