Kelli-Jo Cloutier wins 2026 Region One Rookie of the Year and 2026 International Rookie of the Year!
Co-operative Insurance is proud to recognize Controller Kelli-Jo Cloutier for her outstanding achievements at the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) Annual Convention, held this year in Norfolk, Virginia.
During the convention, Kelli-Jo received two prestigious honors: the 2026 Region One Rookie of the Year Award and the 2026 International Rookie of the Year Award. These awards recognize emerging leaders who have made exceptional contributions to the association through their involvement, leadership, and commitment to the insurance profession.
In addition to her accomplishments at the international level, Kelli-Jo currently serves as President of the Champlain Valley Association of Insurance Professionals. In this leadership role, she works alongside fellow insurance professionals to promote education, professional development, and collaboration within the industry.
Kelli-Jo’s dedication to both Co-op and the insurance community reflects the values that drive our organization every day. Her willingness to lead, serve, and support others has earned the respect of her peers and made a positive impact both within our company and throughout the industry.
