Co-op Earns 2025 Governor’s Excellence in Worksite Wellness – GOLD Level Award
Molly Kerr, Jim Harvey, Joey Kearney, and Kirstie Thomson of the Co-op Wellness Committee proudly accepted the 2025 Governor’s Excellence in Worksite Wellness – GOLD Level Award. The Vermont Safety and Health Council presented the award at its 29th Annual Expo on October 31 at the Killington Grand Resort.

During the expo, the team attended educational sessions and connected with other wellness leaders. They explored new ideas to support physical health, mental well-being, and work-life balance. The sessions offered practical strategies they can bring back to Co-op and implement.
The group also joined interactive workshops and meaningful discussions. These experiences provided fresh insights into current wellness trends and best practices. The committee plans to use these ideas to strengthen existing programs and explore new initiatives.
Co-op celebrates the committee’s achievement and ongoing efforts. Their work helps build a positive and health-focused environment for employees.
